No. Novaro ships with nothing to watch. It is a player: until you connect a playlist or provider account of your own, there is no catalog and nothing to browse. We do not operate, host, sell, resell or curate any content, and we have no library of our own.
The software. Novaro organizes a source you already own into a fast, watchable interface across browsers, televisions and phones — catalog browsing, a programme guide, search, subtitles, profiles, resume and favorites. Your subscription with a content provider is separate, and nothing to do with us.
From wherever you already have one. We do not supply playlists, recommend suppliers, or maintain a list of them, and we cannot help you find one. If you do not already hold the right to access a source, Novaro is not useful to you.
No. Your television or phone reads your source directly from your provider. There is no relay, no cache and no copy — we could not record or re-publish your video if we wanted to, because it never reaches us.
Because watching in a browser would mean relaying the video through us. Most providers serve over an unencrypted connection, and a browser refuses to load insecure video into a secure page — the only way around that is to route it through our servers, which is exactly what we are built not to do. So playback lives in the TV and phone apps, which talk to your provider directly. This site is where you manage your account.
We act on valid notices: the source is blocked on every device and you are told why. There is no catalog of yours here to delete — your listing never leaves your own devices. You can object if you hold the right to access it. The full procedure is in our Copyright Policy. Read it here.
