Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 September 2026

0. Who you are contracting with

These terms are an agreement between you and TEAMATICO L.L.C., a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Kosovo under business registration number 812396803 with the Kosovo Business Registration Agency (ARBK), whose registered address is Sali Nivica 8, Prishtinë, Republic of Kosovo (“Novaro”, “we”, “us”).

They cover the Novaro software, your Novaro account, this website, any subscription you buy from us and any Novaro access you activate with an activation code, wherever you obtained the code. Reach us at support@novaroplayer.com.

1. Player-only service

Novaro is software that organizes and plays media supplied through a user's own legally obtained playlist or provider account. Novaro does not provide, sell, recommend, verify, host, or license television channels, movies, series, or IPTV subscriptions.

1a. What your subscription pays for

A Novaro subscription is a licence to use the Novaro software and its premium features. It is not a purchase of, or subscription to, video content, television channels, playlists, streaming sources, IPTV services, or any third-party media library.

We do not host, cache, relay, retransmit or republish media content. Video travels from your chosen provider to your device and does not pass through our servers.

2. Your responsibility

You must have the legal right to access every source you connect, and you confirm this each time you add one. You may not use the service for copyright infringement, unauthorized redistribution, credential sharing, circumvention, abuse, or unlawful activity.

2a. Copyright notices and blocked sources

We act on notices from rights holders. If a source you connected is the subject of a valid notice we will block it: it stops being browsable, playable and refreshable on every device, and you are told why. There is no copied catalog to delete: Novaro does not store the listing of any source. Accounts that attract repeated valid notices are terminated. The full procedure, including how to object to a block, is in our Copyright Policy.

3. Provider availability

Third-party providers are independent from Novaro. Catalog accuracy, stream availability, subtitles, EPG data, quality and outages are controlled by those providers and are not guaranteed by Novaro.

3a. No affiliation

Novaro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any media provider, broadcaster, channel, studio or rights holder, unless we state otherwise in writing. Names and marks belonging to third parties remain theirs, and their appearance inside a source you connect implies no relationship with us.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for your credentials and devices. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, security threats, fraud, unlawful use, or material violation of these terms.

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Novaro is not liable for third-party content, provider failures, indirect loss, lost data, or interruption outside our reasonable control.

6. Fees and payment

Access is sold as prepaid periods of a fixed length, such as 30 or 365 days, at the price shown at the time of purchase. Prices are in euro and include VAT; the VAT share for your country of residence is shown before you pay and on the invoice we issue you.

The prices, payment and invoice terms in this section apply to purchases you make from us directly. Access activated with a code you obtained from someone else is covered by section 6a.

Each purchase is a one-off payment. Nothing renews automatically, we never charge you again unless you start a new payment yourself, and there is nothing to cancel. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Buying again while time remains adds the new period to whatever you have left.

Payments are processed by Paysera, our payment provider. Your card details are entered with Paysera and never reach us.

Refund eligibility, the statutory withdrawal right and what we always refund are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6a. Activation codes

A Novaro activation code (in the form NVR-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) is a prepaid licence period for the Novaro software, of the length stated for the plan it belongs to. It is not content, a playlist, a channel list or an IPTV service, and redeeming one gives you nothing beyond what section 1a describes.

Each code can be redeemed once. On redemption it becomes tied to the Novaro account that redeemed it and cannot be moved to another account. A code cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Redeeming a code while paid time remains adds its period to whatever you have left.

A code may carry a redeem-by date, after which it can no longer be redeemed. We may refuse or void a code that was obtained by fraud or other unlawful means, and we may revoke codes that have not yet been redeemed. Revoking a code never removes access that has already been activated with it. Access activated with a code is otherwise subject to these terms like any other access, including suspension or termination under sections 2a and 4.

You may obtain a code from a business that provides you with a Novaro activation code rather than from us. That business is a third-party distributor: it is not our agent or representative, it has no authority to make promises or give guarantees on our behalf, and nothing it tells you changes these terms. Whatever else it sells or supplies to you, including any playlist, channel list, provider account or IPTV subscription, is a separate contract between you and that business. We neither supply nor endorse it, and section 2 applies to any source you connect, whoever supplied it.

Your licence to use Novaro is always a contract between you and TEAMATICO L.L.C. under these terms, however you obtained the code. We do not receive the payment you make to a third-party distributor, so we do not issue you an invoice or receipt for it; ask that business for one. Refunds for a code obtained this way are covered in our Refund Policy.

7. Age

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to hold a Novaro account, purchase a subscription or redeem an activation code.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update the software, the supported devices, the subscription features, the prices and these terms. Where a change materially affects an existing subscriber we give at least 30 days' notice by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Novaro after that date means you accept the updated terms. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Nothing here removes or limits any mandatory consumer-protection right you hold under the law of your own country of residence, and where the two conflict, those rights prevail.
